PALS Renewal Course (Recertification)
Our Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Renewal course is designed for current PALS-certified healthcare providers seeking to update their skills and maintain active certification. This accelerated course follows the latest American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines and reinforces critical knowledge and hands-on techniques needed to manage pediatric emergencies effectively.
Participants will review and refresh their ability to:
Recognize and respond to pediatric respiratory distress, failure, and shock
Manage pediatric cardiac arrest with high-quality CPR and early defibrillation
Administer pediatric-specific pharmacology and advanced airway interventions
Interpret pediatric ECG rhythms and respond appropriately
Lead or contribute effectively within a high-performance resuscitation team
This fast-paced, scenario-based course focuses on reinforcing clinical decision-making, rapid assessment, and effective communication in pediatric emergency situations.
Who Should Enroll:
This course is intended for healthcare professionals who have a current or recently expired AHA PALS Provider certification and are experienced in pediatric emergency care, including paramedics, nurses, physicians, and respiratory therapists.
Certification:
Upon successful completion, participants will receive an updated American Heart Association PALS Provider eCard, valid for two years.
